We welcome you to participate in the 2nd Annual Evans City PumpkinFest!

Spend the weekend at our family-friendly community festival, complete with craft and food vendors, a car cruise, live entertainment & more!

PumpkinFest! is an outdoor event & will be held rain or shine!

Event Dates

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 • 10 AM – 8 PM
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 • 10 AM – 4 PM

Booth Rates

20’x10′ Booth Without Electric: $100 Before July 1 |  $150 July 1 & After
20’x10′ Booth With Electric: $125 Before July 1 |  $175 July 1 & After

Space Info

Food vendor spaces are 20′ x 10′. You must include the hitch, tanks, exit space, and any/all side sales windows in the dimensions of your space. Each vendor must supply their own tents, weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.

Set-up

All food vendors are required to set up for the entire length of the festival. Food trucks and vendors will not be permitted to leave during event hours.

You must be in place by 8 AM on Saturday, September 23rd. Vendors who arrive after 9 AM will NOT be admitted due to safety concerns.

Food vendors may start breaking down at 4 PM on Sunday. Vendors that leave before 4 PM on Sunday will not be permitted to attend future events.

Electricity

Spaces are available with and without electricity. Electricity must be selected on the application to receive it. You must provide a 100 ft x 12-gauge extension cord to access electricity. If electrical cords are stretched across a walkway, vendor must supply electrical cords with covers. Vendors are permitted to use quiet generators. 

Vehicles

Vendors must move their vehicles to a designated space after unloading AND BEFORE setting up. All vehicles must be out of the unloading area by 9 AM on Saturday morning. The parking lane will close and you will not be able to park at your booth space.

Fire Extinguishers
All food trucks and food vendors deep frying must have CURRENT K-Type fire extinguishers with current service tags.
Food trucks and food vendors that are not frying must have a minimum of one, 2A:20BC and one K-rated fire extinguisher.

Food Permits and Insurance

All food trucks and food vendors must submit a food license or permit through the Department of Agriculture as well as a certificate of insurance or a current copy of their liability policy. A copy of this certification must be given to the promoter prior to set up. Vendors will not be able to set up if the promoter does not have the certification on file. 

Waste
No grease or gray water disposal is available.
No water provided by the EVENT.
Food Snack & Food Trucks Vendors are responsible for removing debris and ensuring the general cleanliness of the area.
Food vendors may utilize event dumpsters but may not leave debris by trashcans.

Evans City PumpkinFest reserves the exclusive right to:

  • All Raffles, 50/50, Auctions, and Game of Chance sales. Ticket sales of any kind must be pre-approved.
  • Accept, decline, restrict vendors and/or their products as Evans City PumpkinFest deems necessary.
  • Remove or place vendors and/or their products as Evans City PumpkinFest deems necessary.
  • Restrict for sale any item, including items not listed on your application or pre-approved.
  • Prohibit from sale all Silly String, Stink Bombs, and all other similar products.
  • All ready-to-eat hot or cold food sales are considered food vendors. Duel craft and food vendors must complete and pay for a food vendor application and list crafts on the menu line.

2023 Food Vendor Application
